Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works division seeks a Senior Material Cost Integrator (E3) to join the Program Finance team. You will manage the material baseline, load and validate cost data in SAP and Deltek Cobra, and ensure GPD alignment with program demand.

The role includes performing variance and EAC analyses, producing analytics for senior leadership, coordinating with CAMs and IPT Leads, and mentoring junior analysts. Placement available in Palmdale, CA or Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in material management roles (e.g., Program Finance, SCM, ME, MRP, IE).
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the material baseline by loading, validating, and updating material cost data in SAP and Deltek Cobra, ensuring GPD alignment with program demand.
• Perform variance and EAC analyses; identify root causes and propose corrective actions in coordination with CAM and IPT Lead.
• Conduct data analytics and reporting; extract, manipulate, and visualize large material-cost datasets for senior leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with supply-chain, manufacturing, and logistics to reconcile material receipts, issue tracking, and inventory status; align financials with demand.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate material-cost information aligned with the program schedule.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices with newer cost-integration staff.
