Job summary
GTI Fabrication is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer - Capacity & Capability Planning to drive enterprise and site-level capacity and capability strategies across new plants and expansions. You will build demand-to-capacity models, assess tooling, and translate product requirements into data-driven capacity plans.
You will lead cross-functional alignment with operations, supply chain, and finance, validating models and defining capital investment needs to support growth and efficiency in
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Systems engineering.
- 5–8+ years in capacity planning and line balancing in manufacturing.
- Experience building demand-to-capacity models and simulations.
- Proven ability to justify capital equipment and debottlenecking.
- Strong CI skills and understanding of OEE and takt time.
Responsibilities
- Develop capacity models for site and network levels to support growth.
- Translate demand, takt, cycle times, and yields into capacity requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and perform constraint analysis to improve throughput.
- Develop roadmaps and scenarios for capital investment and expansion.
- Lead cross-functional validation with operations, supply chain, and finance.
