Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to join the Transformation team in Holt, MI. You will apply CORE principles to optimize Fan Blade production, lead improvements, and support capacity planning for aerospace components.

Responsibilities include time studies, standardized work, equipment planning, and collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality teams. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5+ years in engineering or a Master's with 3+ years experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Project and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Apply CORE industrial engineering principles to support and optimize Fan Blade production.
• Lead transformation activities to improve efficiency, throughput and production capabilities.
• conduct time studies, work sampling, and process capability analyses
• Develop standardized work, workflow optimization, and capacity models.
• Interface with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Operations and Quality.
