J.F. Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial electrical construction projects through all phases from planning to execution.

You will supervise project managers, develop schedules, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards and codes. The role requires a strong background in electrical systems, blueprints interpretation, and proactive risk management, with excellent communication to maintain client satisfaction and successful project delivery

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of electrical construction experience, preferably in industrial settings.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design and construction processes.
• Demonstrated leadership managing project teams and overseeing execution.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of industry trends, codes, and safety regulations in data centers.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical construction of a large Industrial Project through completion.
• Supervise a team of Project Managers with leadership and mentorship.
• Develop and implement project schedules to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor and control project costs, including change orders and overruns.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety.
• Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimize resources.
• Lead regular project meetings to report status, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Identify risks early and mitigate proactively.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
