Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to design and develop control systems for industrial material handling solutions. The role includes concepting new ideas, developing specifications, prototyping, and leading transitions to manufacturing.

You will lead projects and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with electrical design and project teams. The candidate should have a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, at least 6 years of

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA, PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Schneider).
• Proficient with AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical or EPlan.

Responsabilidades

• Lead concepting and design of products that add value for customers and markets.
• Collaborate with development team to build new products.
• Ensure designs integrate with current and future manufacturing operations.
• Develop PLC programs and control system schematics.
• Prepare device layouts, control panels, and installation details.
• Perform prototype development and on-site beta testing for safety and reliability.
• Travel up to 60% in North America, mostly within the Continental US.
