Zusammenfassung

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation seeks an experienced electrical controls engineer to design and model control systems for industrial material handling solutions. The role includes concepting new ideas, defining specifications, prototyping, and leading transitions to manufacturing.

You will guide large projects and mentor junior staff, working with AutoCAD Electrical and PLC programming to deliver robust automation solutions.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Experience with industrial HMI and SCADA systems, Allen-Bradley controls and Schneider PLCs.
Proficient with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical or EPlan.
Ability to lead a team and accomplish project goals effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

Lead concepting and design of products that add value for customers and markets.
Collaborate with the development team to create and refine products.
Ensure designs align with current and future manufacturing operations.
Develop PLC programs and control system schematics and specifications.
Prepare schedules and cost estimates for product development and testing.
Perform prototype development and on-site beta testing for safety and performance.
