Neopal Pallets in Houston is seeking an Industrial Controls & Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technologist to support high-speed manufacturing across lumber remanufacturing, rapid assembly, material movement, and logistics. You'll diagnose PLC I/O faults, tune VFDs, and implement improvements in a LEED Silver certified plant.
The role emphasizes disciplined PM/PdM practices, CMMS documentation, safe operations, and collaboration with Operations and Engineering.
Qualifications
- Strong, proven abilities in industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience with high-speed automated manufacturing and robotics.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- History of building PM/PdM programs and documenting performance.
Responsabilités
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
- Develop and implement PM/PdM programs to protect uptime.
- Repair, retrofit, and optimize PLC-controlled lines and VFD-driven equipment.
- Maintain CMMS records and manage spares and work orders.
