You will spearhead troubleshooting for robotics and conveyor networks, mentor junior staff, and lead preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with automated conveyor systems and industrial controls.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and PLC logic.
• Solid understanding of NEC codes and industrial electrical principles (120V-480V).
• Experience using data metrics like OEE to prioritize maintenance tasks and responses.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for MHE and automated robotic systems to maximize throughput.
• Lead execution and auditing of preventative maintenance programs for long-term reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving relay logic, control components, sensors, and motor starters.
• Direct emergency repair workflows and provide hands-on training to maintenance personnel.
• Manage asset lifecycle and document work orders within the CMMS platform.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to align maintenance with production goals and safety standards.
• Maintain a culture of safety by enforcing lockout/tagout and industrial compliance protocols.

You will spearhead troubleshooting efforts for robotics and conveyor networks while mentoring junior staff to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) and automated robotic systems to maximize facility throughput.
• Lead the execution and auditing of preventative maintenance programs to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving relay logic, control components, proximity sensors, and motor starters.
• Direct emergency repair workflows and provide hands-on training to maintenance personnel to foster team growth.
• Manage asset lifecycle and documentation by accurately tracking work orders within our CMMS platform.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to align maintenance strategies with production goals and safety standards.
• Maintain a culture of safety by strictly enforcing lockout/tagout (LOTO) and industrial compliance protocols.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience maintaining automated conveyor systems and industrial controls.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and PLC logic.
• Solid understanding of NEC codes and industrial electrical principles (120V-480V).
• Experience utilizing data metrics like OEE to prioritize maintenance tasks and emergency responses.
• Physical capability to perform tasks including climbing, stooping, and lifting up to 50lbs.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree in a mechanical or electrical field from an accredited vocational institution.
• Prior experience in a formal leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Technical certifications in robotics, process controls, or industrial electronics.
• Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and advanced CMMS software.
• Proven track record in vendor coordination and project management.
