Job summary

Private Client in Beaumont, Texas seeks an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial, industrial, and office facilities. You will manage contractors, coordinate with architects/engineers, and uphold OSHA safety and quality standards in active plant environments.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to review drawings and schedules while maintaining project milestones. AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience working inside active industrial plants preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30, TWIC, DISA, ISTC or similar certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities, site logistics, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and plant operations to resolve field issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements (OSHA, site-specific protocols).
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Track progress, maintain schedules, and report on milestones.
• Manage scope changes, cost impacts, and documentation.
• Prepare and submit field reports, RFIs, and project updates.
• Support bid reviews and organize client boilerplate documents when required.
