Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Site Manager to provide daily on-site administrative and technical leadership for complex industrial construction projects across multiple locations, including Texas. You will supervise field teams, subcontractors, and interface with clients to ensure adherence to design, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 17 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on a similar project required.
• Or Associate Degree and 19 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on a similar project required.
• Or High School Diploma/GED and 21 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on a similar project. Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide overall day-to-day on-site administrative and technical management.
• Supervise on-site discipline superintendents, scheduling, engineering, cost control, and administrative staff.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with Safety and Health Plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering Manager and Discipline Engineers for deliverables.
• Oversee project execution, quality management, and documentation turnover.
