Austin Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Site Manager for the Houston, TX location to lead site operations, safety, quality, and productivity across maintenance projects. The role requires coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet contractual obligations and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Superintendent or Project Coordinator role in maintenance operations.
• CMRT required; will be expected to achieve CMRP certification within 1 year of assignment.
• Experience in managing nested small cap reimbursable operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration: identify and comply with all reporting obligations and deliverables.
• Cost and Productivity Management: perform monthly reviews and drive productivity improvements.
• Scheduling: plan work, update schedules, and coordinate resources to meet execution requirements.
• Quality: ensure compliance with quality requirements and maintain documentation.
• Relationships: lead project team, foster safety, teamwork and client relations.
• Safety and Environmental: enforce Austin safety programs and incident investigations.
