Job summary

A leading construction engineering firm is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily field operations in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will ensure work is done safely and efficiently while meeting budget and quality standards. Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial construction experience in an onsite managerial role, preferably in automotive/paint finishing.
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification.
• Rigging and lift planning experience.
• Management of multiple trade sub-contractors.

• Lead and supervise all onsite construction activities to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and implement timely solutions to field issues.
