Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking a Project Controls Engineer (Scheduler) to support on-site project controls for heavy industrial construction in Hallsville, TX. You will develop schedules with Primavera P6/MS Project, lead lookahead planning, and forecast labor and resources while ensuring accurate reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires strong scheduling expertise, field coordination, and ability to manage schedule risks across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Requires scheduling/project controls experience on US heavy industrial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CM or Engineering preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret work plans.
• Strong knowledge of US construction methods and scheduling best practices.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Lead 3-week lookahead planning sessions with superintendents and engineers.
• Track labor requirements and resource usage; monitor productivity.
• Maintain quantity tracking and input into project budgets.
• Provide timely reporting to internal teams and clients and support schedule-based cash flow projections.
