Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
• Experience managing major turnarounds or events.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand scheduling basics and lead schedule mechanics.
• Define priorities, logic, and baselines for schedules.
• Identify critical path and optimize schedules.
• Resource leveling based on client priorities.
• Lead Schedule meetings with Asset Leadership, Advisors, Maintenance Team Lead, and others.
• Develop an integrated schedule with activities from all execution sources.
• Ensure schedules reflect field constraints and realistic sequences.
• Progress baselines with input from the execution organization.
