Fives DyAG Corp in Rochester Hills, MI seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee large industrial projects from engineering through commissioning. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to deliver projects valued at $100M+.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience on large-scale industrial endeavors, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on large industrial projects.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading projects of $100M+ in value.
• Strong technical background with industrial capital equipment knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to meet goals on time and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Develop work plans, staffing, and timelines for each project phase.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and manage resources to ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for high-value contracts.
• Support engineering and automation decisions and feasibility reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies, and document progress.
• Travel to job sites as required to oversee installations and commissioning.
