Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM majors
• 3 years of experience in developing C# / .NET applications
• 1+ years of leading software projects in industrial environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and evolve software in an Agile environment with modern standards and documentation practices.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to an Agile team of 5–7 members, ensuring project success.
• Translate vision into prioritized user stories with PLLs to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with product leaders and architects to develop multi-generation software technology plans.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment across development, sustaining, and support activities.
• Ensure world-class quality in product development with rigorous testing and performance goals.
• Architect and implement core data structures and algorithms for high-performance, scalable solutions.
• Transfer domain knowledge and maintain clear communication across the team.
