Job summary

Hypertherm, a leading industrial cutting solutions provider in Lebanon, NH, seeks a Senior Electronics Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair complex electrical and automated systems. You will mentor the team, drive improvements, and support turnkey automation projects across the manufacturing floor.

Ideal candidates have vast experience with robotics platforms and industrial controls, with strong problem-solving and documentation skills, contributing to safety, reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree or equivalent in electrical/electronic/automation fields.
• 12+ years in electronics, controls, automation, or maintenance in industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot repair complex electrical/electronic/robotic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for industrial controls and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and automated equipment to component level.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement reliability improvements.
• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment including robotic and CNC systems.
• Lead equipment improvement projects with documentation and cost analysis.
• Develop technical documentation: schematics, BOMs, troubleshooting guides, operating procedures.
• Mentor maintenance team members with hands-on coaching.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers, and contractors to resolve issues.
