Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in electrical/electronics or automation.
- 12+ years in electronics, controls, automation, or maintenance in manufacturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical/electronic/robotic equipment.
- Reading schematics and technical documentation required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for industrial controls, automation, robotics, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic/robotic equipment to component level.
- Lead equipment improvement and integration projects with cost analysis.
- Develop and maintain schematics, BOMs, guides, and SOPs.
- Mentor maintenance team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
