Formación

• 4+ years of commercial real estate investment experience with ownership of workstreams.
• Industrial experience or adjacent product experience with a clear interest in industrial.
• Strong financial modeling in Excel; familiarity with Argus.
• Exposure to PSAs, joint venture agreements, and loan documents.
• Developing network of broker and owner relationships and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing & Market Coverage: build relationships and generate a pipeline in target markets.
• Underwriting & Investment Analysis: develop underwriting thesis and stress-test cash flows.
• Capital Formation: match equity to each transaction and engage with capital partners.
• Transaction Execution: run deals through LOI to closing with internal and external teams.
• Asset Management Support: assist PM teams with post-close implementation.
• Working With The Team: guide analysts and shape acquisitions team growth.
• Platform & Process: maintain pipeline in Dealpath, Asana, and Google Workspace.
