Rising Realty Partners is seeking a Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions to lead industrial deal sourcing, underwriting, and closing. This remote role supports markets across the Western U.S.

with regular travel to target markets and close collaboration with the Head of Capital Markets. Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate investment experience, with substantial acquisitions experience at an institutional owner, operator, or investment manager.
• Direct experience as lead or co-lead on closed acquisitions with a track record of sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Industrial experience with knowledge of small-bay, flex, and IOS product is a strong plus.
• Expert-level financial modeling in Excel and working fluency in Argus.

Responsibilities

• Source and expand relationships with investment sales, capital markets, and leasing brokers to generate a pipeline of opportunities.
• Set underwriting thesis, build cash flow models, and defend assumptions.
• Structure capital stack and joint venture economics; own investment memorandums for committees and partners.
• Lead deal execution from LOI through closing and coordinate third-party consultants.
