Job summary

eBay is seeking a senior Indirect Tax professional to independently manage complex tax matters for the Americas Corporate Indirect Tax team. You will translate technical tax requirements into practical business partnerships and drive implementations across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.

The ideal candidate brings strong ownership, 7+ years of indirect tax experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global company with cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of indirect tax experience.
• Experience in public accounting (Big Four or similar) and/or in-house multinational indirect tax.
• Fluent in English; other languages are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate indirect tax advice to business units across eBay's core marketplace and portfolio.
• Research and analyze complex tax matters and legislative/regulatory developments and assess impact on the business.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and translate tax conclusions into requirements for Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
