Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking an Indirect Tax Manager, B2B, to lead global indirect tax advisory matters for the B2B unit in the U.S. You will build tax infrastructure, manage initiatives, and work closely with Product, Commercial, and Legal.

You will steer end-to-end tax projects, assess tax positions, research developments, and ensure compliance for new programs and partnerships, while collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax Economics/Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in indirect tax preferred (VAT/GST, sales tax).
• In-house experience a plus; strong communication with senior leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect tax advisory matters for B2B with focus on compliance and partnerships.
• Own end-to-end tax projects from scoping to implementation and stakeholder management.
• Assess indirect tax positions and interpret business models for tax impact.
• Define requirements for programs, products, and partnerships; identify risks and opportunities.
• Research global indirect tax developments and implement changes to ensure compliance.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver tax-compliant scalable solutions.
