Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a Direct Tax Manager, B2B, to lead direct tax advisory for the D2B segment in the U.S. with end-to-end project ownership.

You will shape tax strategy, coordinate with Product, Commercial, Legal, and Finance, and drive scalable, compliant solutions while the organization scales rapidly. This hybrid role requires strong tax technical expertise, stakeholder management, and communication skills to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax Economics/Law, Accounting, Finance; graduate taxation asset
• 8+ years indirect tax experience in a Big 4, top law firm, or major corporation; in-house experience is a plus
• Strong English verbal and written communications skills with the ability to explain tax matters to leadership
• Experience with direct tax setup in systems and cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities

• Assess Direct tax position and interpret business models
• Analyze direct tax implications and define requirements for programs/products/partnerships
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive implementation in internal systems
• Manage direct tax projects and coordinate with external advisors as needed
