Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Operations Manager to design, optimize, and manage the processes, systems, controls, and governance for a growing indirect procurement function. You will partner with procurement leadership, IT, finance, and operations to scale the organization.

Qualifications include 10+ years in procurement operations, experience with SAP/Oracle/Ariba/Coupa, and PMP/Lean Six Sigma. Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement Operations or related field.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement in large distribution-based orgs.
• PMO/leadership experience in process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the indirect procurement operating model.
• Develop and optimize Procure-to-Invoice processes, controls, and governance.
• Partner with IT for future-state procurement capabilities and system upgrades.
• Lead procurement technology initiatives involving SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa.
• Create scalable workflows for procurement ops, onboarding, compliance, reporting, and user support.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop procurement performance metrics and dashboards.
