Job summary

Wesco seeks a Senior Manager - Indirect Sourcing Operations in Glenview, IL to design and scale an indirect procurement organization handling over $2B in annual spend. You will lead the operating model, drive Procure-to-Pay improvements, and partner with IT, Finance, and Business Operations.

You will implement governance, dashboards, and continuous improvement, shaping capabilities with Oracle Self Service and other platforms to ensure compliance and scalable processes enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or related discipline required; Masters preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procurement Excellence, or related function.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement in large multisite or complex enterprise.
• Strong working knowledge of procurement technologies such as Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or related platforms.
• Proven experience leading process transformation, operational improvement, or procurement technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, suppliers, and leadership.
• Ability to convert business needs into clear, efficient process flows and operating procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, governance, reporting, and change management skills.
• Experience leading procurement transformation programs and enterprise Source-to-Pay operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the indirect procurement operating model.
• Develop and optimize Procure-to-Pay processes and controls to align with policy and audit.
• Partner with IT to design future-state procurement capabilities; lead procurement tech initiatives including Oracle Self Service.
• Drive scalable process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across indirect procurement operations.
• Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting; ensure policy compliance.
• Support supplier and internal stakeholder issue resolution; build scalable frameworks for growth.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Lead to ensure sourcing strategies transition to ongoing execution.
