Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Sr Director, Head of Global Enterprise Procurement to lead the indirect spend portfolio on a global scale. This onsite role partners with Finance, Legal, IT and Operations to drive value through strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and strong governance.

You will build a best‑in‑class procurement organization, mentor teams, and shape the vision and operating model while ensuring compliance with SOX and risk management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience with global responsibility.
• 10+ years in indirect procurement and 5+ years leading teams in large environments.
• Proven ability to drive value via category management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong leadership, integrity and people development mindset.
• Experience with SOX and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi‑year vision and roadmap for a best‑in‑class procurement function.
• Lead and mentor teams across procurement operations, sourcing, contracts, travel and events.
• Own multi‑year category strategies for indirect spend and drive sourcing initiatives.
• Build long‑term supplier partnerships and manage supplier risk with Legal and IT.
• Improve source‑to‑pay lifecycle with data‑driven decisions and AI where value is added.
• Travel assistance: up to 15‑20% to key regions including Atlanta, Europe and Asia.
