Job summary

Sensient Technologies seeks a Senior Procurement Manager for our Global Indirect team. This leader will drive procurement excellence across indirect categories, focusing on productivity, process efficiency, cost optimization, and service, building a scalable program and delivering measurable value.

You will lead strategic sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, mentor a team, and partner with cross-functional leaders to align procurement with business goals on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive indirect procurement experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience across CAPEX and MRO indirect spend, plus utilities and services.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Transform and build out the global indirect procurement function with scalable category strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and create a productive project pipeline.
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations to optimize cost, quality, service, and value.
• Strengthen supplier relationships through SRM, risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
• Drive program execution across global business units, track savings, and report progress.
