Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Category Manager III to lead medium-to-large indirect procurement categories, including facilities, utilities, and related services. You will drive sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage key relationships to deliver value and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or related experience.
• Experience with indirect categories such as facilities, utilities, and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies for indirect categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events with stakeholder alignment and negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships and track benefit realization with Finance.
• Develop executive stakeholder relationships and drive procurement as a strategic partner.
• Mentor less experienced team members and drive digital procurement analytics.
