Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience preferred or required by organizational need.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events including RFPs, negotiations and awards.
• Manage key supplier relationships and track savings, performance and risk.
• Directly supervise procurement team members and mentor staff development.
• Collaborate with CHRO and HR leaders on workforce strategy and labor negotiations.
• Leverage digital procurement tools and analytics to improve decision making.
