Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an Income Maintenance Caseworker.
• Knowledge of NC FAST and Medicaid programs relevant to adults.
• Ability to train and supervise lower level staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
• CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PASS NC FAST CERTIFICATION UPON HIRE.

Responsibilities

• Lead worker duties for II level income maintenance caseworkers.
• Process adult Medicaid applications for Durham County residents.
• Inform clients of rights and obligations under program policy.
• Provide training for new and transitional employees.
