MFS Investments in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Inclusion Support to adapt and modify after-school programming for a student who requires substantial support and accommodations.

You will work under the site supervisor with guidance from the Inclusion Initiative of DHSP, helping to create an inclusive environment and coordinate with families. The role emphasizes collaboration, individualized accommodations, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Basic clinical/diagnostic understanding of children's needs.
• Basic knowledge of childhood growth and development.
• Understanding of ABA, Social Emotional Learning, and Sensory Regulation.

Responsabilités

• Support and create relationships with children and adults in the program related to the student receiving support.
• Work with staff to maintain an inclusive environment for children and youth.
• Maintain communication with site supervisor, program staff, and the Inclusion Initiative.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians.
• Develop and implement accommodations with Inclusion Specialists.
• Implement support plans addressing behavioral, social, or emotional needs.
• Assist children with physical needs including feeding, toileting, lifting, and mobility.
• Assist with assistive technology devices and orthopedic devices as needed.
• Attend program meetings, trainings and professional development activities.
• Other related duties as assigned.
