Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of PHS students during all program activities.
• Lead a homeroom of 6-8 students during morning arrival and afternoon dismissal.
• Supervise counselors; provide coaching and annual evaluations for direct reports.
• Onboard, train, and supervise counselors as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain organized records of meetings and goals for direct reports.
• Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance for PHS vehicles.
