Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incidents across the enterprise.
• Coordinate triage and escalation with defined thresholds.
• Activate incident response teams and escalation pathways.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
• Provide updates on incident status, impact and risks.
• Log, track and manage incidents through lifecycle.
• Support governance reporting and performance analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of incident management.
