Job summary

Securian Financial Group seeks an Infrastructure Consultant to own end-to-end incident and major incident management within IT Service Management. You will lead 24/7/365 response, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide executive-facing updates during high-impact events to protect service availability.

You will develop data-driven insights and dashboards using ServiceNow data, align practices with enterprise priorities, and contribute to governance and reliability improvements across

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in incident management and major incident management with governance models.
• Strong problem management knowledge and executive communication during critical incidents.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM including incidents, SLAs, alerts and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end incident management; define standards and runbooks for escalation and resolution.
• Lead major incident response with cross-functional teams and executive communication 24/7/365.
• Coordinate with technology and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business impact and risk.
• Develop data-driven insights using incident trends and availability reporting for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Problem Management, REO, engineering, and platform teams to strengthen governance.
