Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/related field or work experience.
• 8+ years in incident management, including leadership of major incidents.
• Deep understanding of ITIL, runbooks, escalation, and communications.
• Proficient with incident management tools and ITSM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead war-room facilitation and coordinate major incident bridges.
• Enforce incident playbooks, escalation matrices, and templates.
• Engage dependencies early to remove bottlenecks and restore service.
• Produce executive-level updates and risk-driven communications.
• Coordinate with Problem, Change, Release, and SOC/Cyber IR teams.
• Run drills, audit readiness, and mentor junior staff.
