• Proficiency with ITSM platforms and monitoring solutions; ability to handle high‑pressure ops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, tailored for technical and leadership audiences.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end incident response across teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Maintain audit‑ready records, timelines, decisions, and incident timelines.
• Escalate per SLA and escalation guidelines to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead post‑incident reviews and translate findings into updated runbooks.
• Provide structured communications, status updates, and handoffs throughout incidents.
• Engage with IT, cybersecurity, and vendor dependencies to route incidents.
