Job summary

Skylo Technologies is seeking a Network Reliability Engineer (NRE) to lead incident management for 24x7 operations across RAN, 5G Core, and cloud infrastructure. You will own the bridge from first alert to full restoration, coordinating across Mountain View, Espoo, and Bengaluru hubs.

Senior NRE level candidates will command bridge calls for Sev 1–4, drive runbooks, and ensure documented resolutions with clear ownership and timelines to meet SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in telecom or 24x7 operations.
• Proven ability to run incident bridge calls end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of 5G core/RAN concepts and cloud/OSS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central command during degradations and outages.
• Own end-to-end incident lifecycle for Sev 1–4 incidents.
• Produce structured incident timelines within two hours of closure.
• Coordinate post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Interface with vendors and partner NOCs for joint resolution.
