Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a data-driven Incentives Analyst to support the Medical Nutrition and Atrium sales organizations with accurate incentive data and actionable insights. You will modernize incentive execution through digitalization, automation, and robust reporting, translating complex distributor data into clear incentive outcomes.

You will work with a 150+ person sales force, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate payouts and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, management or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and research account assignments across sales teams and impact on incentives.
• Improve incentive plan documentation using digital tools and templates.
• Analyze sales, distributor and customer data to identify trends and risks.
• Refresh incentive reporting and modeling to meet changing business needs.
• Collaborate with IT to advance automation of incentive processes.
