Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a qualified professional to join the Incentives team. This role supports Medical Nutrition and Atrium sales organizations with accurate incentive data and helps modernize incentive execution through automation and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with a 150+ person sales force, leadership, and IT to translate complex data into actionable outcomes that drive performance and credibility.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, management or related field preferred.
• 5 years of relevant job experience is preferred.
• Extremely organized, disciplined team player with focus on accurate results.
• Digital mindset and familiarity with automation tools to gain efficiencies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel, Power BI or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and research account assignments across the sales teams with emphasis on incentive payouts.
• Execute and improve incentive plan documentation using digital tools.
• Interpret sales and distributor data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Refresh and evolve incentive reporting and modeling to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with IT to advance automation of incentive processes and improve accuracy.
