Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Nutrition Sales Analyst to join the Sales Analytics team in Arlington, VA (or Solon, OH). You will generate actionable insights from syndicated data and retailer platforms, helping the account teams improve brand and category performance.

Qualifications

18 months+ experience in retail sales or related sales with focus on reporting and analytics.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUPs and pivots.
Experience with AI in analytics (Copilot, Claude) is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate actionable insights to support current business needs and drive category performance.
Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and POS data.
Maintain category expertise and understand the broader business landscape.
Utilize data visualization and storytelling to build sales presentations.
Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools for account teams.
Pull data for ad hoc analysis from multiple sources.
