Job summary

One10, LLC seeks a Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end incentive travel programs for life sciences clients, including domestic and international events with 250+ attendees, from planning through onsite execution and reconciliation.

You will manage budgets, hotels, DMCs, transportation, experiences, and production, while mentoring Event Managers and delivering high-touch attendee experiences and risk mitigation to drive client retention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of meeting and event management experience with incentive travel.
• Experience leading incentive programs with 250+ attendees.
• Strong budgeting, vendor negotiation, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex incentive travel programs.
• Manage budgets, timelines, hotels, DMCs, transport, activities, and production.
• Serve as primary client contact and mentor Event Managers.
