Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs that support our manufacturing and corporate teams. You will lead analysis across sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate plan effectiveness and align with business goals.

This role develops financial models, payout calculators, and dashboards; prepares executive-ready presentations; and partners with HR, Finance, and line leaders to drive data-driven total rewards strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and optimizing incentive and variable pay programs.
• Strong ability to analyze sales, operations and HR data.
• Experience presenting findings to executives.
