Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs that support our manufacturing and corporate teams.

You will develop financial models, payout calculators, and dashboards; prepare executive-ready presentations; and partner with HR, Finance, and line leaders to drive data-driven improvements. This role focuses on creating high-impact total rewards strategies in a collaborative environment.
