Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs that support our manufacturing and corporate teams.

You will lead analyses of sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate plan effectiveness, develop financial models and payout calculators, build dashboards, and prepare executive-ready presentations while partnering with HR, Finance, and line leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and optimizing incentive and variable pay programs.
• Ability to analyze sales, operations, and HR data to measure plan effectiveness.
• Strong financial modeling skills and dashboard development.
• Experience presenting to executives and partnering with HR and Finance.
