Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design and optimize incentive and variable-pay programs across manufacturing and corporate teams. You will analyze sales, operations, and HR data to measure plan effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.

You’ll develop financial models, payout calculators, and dashboards, and prepare executive-ready presentations while partnering with HR, Finance, and line leaders to drive total rewards strategy and long-term growth.
