Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Incentive Compensation to lead the design, administration and optimization of incentive programs for US Rare Disease and Value & Access business units.

You will partner with BU leadership to align rewards with strategic goals and interact with senior leaders across Sales, Operations and NA leadership. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, governance, and vendor management to ensure timely payouts and analytics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or life sciences experience preferred.
• 4+ years of incentive compensation design or sales operations experience preferred.
• Strong experience in quantitative modelling and goal-setting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with cross-functional leaders to guide strategy.
• Drive IC plans to excite the field and align with SI and objectives.
• Lead IC Advisory Board meetings with field team representation.
• Oversee design, administration, payout, and reporting of IC plans across BUs.
• Coordinate with forecasting to translate revenue to IC goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely IC processes.
