Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales analytics or related field.
• Sales Finance/Analytics experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer sales incentive compensation plan calculations and reporting for eligible employees across the business units.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and incentive plan effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.
