The candidate should bring around 5 years of purchasing experience, be highly organized and detail oriented, and have strong communication skills. Experience with multiple projects and effective prioritization are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related purchasing experience is required.
• Must be able to manage up to 100 PO’s a month.
• Understanding of accounting is a plus.
• Must be extremely organized, thorough and detail oriented with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work with complete accuracy on several projects at the same time.

Responsibilities

• PO processing and tracking.
• Project tracking and coordination.
• Inventory management and tracking for long lead items.
• Adjusting for cycle counts.
• Ensuring orders are placed far enough in advance to support smooth production and finished goods management.
