Job summary

Chewy is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to define vision, strategy, and a roadmap for inbound planning products. You will guide the evolution of the 13‑week planning process toward scalable, automated, and science-based solutions.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Replenishment, Transportation, In Stock, and Fulfillment Center Operations to ensure the ecosystem supports Chewy's near-term needs and long-term growth.

• Plan and own roadmaps with engineering and data science teams.
• Collaborate across functions to prioritize inbound planning work.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for inbound planning capabilities.
• Own technical products supporting the 13-week inbound planning process across Chewy’s fulfillment centers.
• Identify opportunities to automate planning of volume, labor, inventory, and constraints.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, capabilities, and use cases.
• Work with engineering and data science to scope, test, and launch inbound solutions.
• Coordinate across Replenishment, Transportation, In Stock, and Fulfillment Center Operations teams.
• Build trust with stakeholders by using data to frame problems and decisions.
• Influence senior leaders to align priorities on inbound planning strategies.
• Define and track KPIs for planning quality and network health.
• Develop vision docs, roadmaps, BRDs, user stories, and leadership updates.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Stay current on supply chain tech, automation, and data science trends.
