Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 10+ years' experience, or PhD with 3+ years in HT drug metabolism/ADME or biochemistry.
• Experience with HT-MS platforms such as Agilent Rapid Fire and/or Sciex Echo MS.
• Experience with liquid handling robots such as Hamilton or Tecan; ability to program robots for novel assays.
• Ability to manage tasks independently with timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Miniaturize end-to-end robotics workflow for weekly screening ADME assays using HT robotics and MS.
• Develop, analyze, and archive LC-MS/MS data for high-throughput ADME assays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and laboratory staff.
• Perform reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
• Record, archive data in ELN and prepare summary reports as needed.
• Build and troubleshoot high-quality LC-MS/MS methods for HT assays; train staff.
